The mythic story of the Earth Goddess Demeter and her daughter Persephone tells of the beginning of Spring and the Seasons. Lora Cain narrates and dances with Sukha the Goddess version of the tale that has Persephone leaving her Mother for the Underworld not by abduction but out of the great compassion of her heart.
