The Spirit Is Dying, But The Sarcasm Lives On
Subtitle: Olivia Remains Despondent;Jeffrey Is Filing For Annullment
Ava meets with her father in the park. He tells her that he is filing the annulment papers today... now that Olivia is on the road to recovery. She sighs. She was starting to like having parents who were married. She teases him for running off to meet his girlfriend so that he can take her to his divorce hearings. Jeffery tells her to be good and assures her that Olivia will be fine. When he and Reva arrive at the court house, he suddenly gets a call from the hospital. Olivia is refusing the medication which will let her body accept the heart. He and Reva rush over.
Jeffrey arrives to check in on Olivia. He knows that she is feeling guilty but he tells her that she's being stupid. "Gus is dead!" she cries. He tells her that her behavior isn't acceptable and calls the nurse in. He then proceeds to track down Mallet and ask him to track down Phillip. "He's like some weird phantom floating around town bothering and scaring women and children," Jeffrey says. Mallet offers to poke his head into it and see what's going on.
Reva also paid Liv a visit, teasing her pal for wanting to die after getting a new heart. A morose Liv wasn't amused. "The spirit is dying, but the sarcasm lives on!" La Shayne quipped.
Remy wanders through the park with a beer and finds Ava crying on a bench. He asks her what's wrong. She says she had her hopes up about something, something that she knew was a long shot, but which won't work out. "My parents are getting divorced," she says. Part of her hoped that getting married would finally make them happy. He tells her that she can take his family if she wants it; they're great but he just doesn't fit in with them. She tells him he just needs to figure out what he wants.
Natalia is picking up dinner at Company when Jeffrey approaches and encourages Nat to pay Olivia another visit. Nat isn't interested after their last emotional meeting.

Crystal Chappell Is LOVE !! - She Is The Goddess of Daytime!
Let me say something on sarcasm: apparently, in English language the sarcasm is considered frequently as attempt to make fun of another person: But in Spanish, usually we make emphasis on the intonation, we don´t consider sarcasm as offensive if the another person use the right intonation, in this case, we think this guy only is joking.
