  • The ice moves like that b/c of the locks.

  • Indirectly, because the water "pools" behind the dams, like lakes. The wind actually made the ice move.

  • Hi love how you can see drivers starting to turn their headlights on at dusk, 3:52 video time. And its seem as if it is already really dark when the bridge lights come on at 4:21 and when they turn off at 5:52.
