I dont think all Americans are stupid, but some of them are definitely very annoying. We once had 3 American exchange students at our school (in Australia) for one term and they NEVER shut up in class, and for some reason always ended their sentences with 'back in the states', like 'But this isn't how we do things back in the states!' and 'We've got more TV channels back in the states'. By the end of the term we were sick of it and couldn't wait for them to go back to the states!!!!

You know what I find impressive? That rebels, or what we would now call americans, migrated over to the North America,fended off those British tyrants, and essentially created what would become a superpower in later years. America is much,much younger than Britain, and yet it has managed to surpass it in almost every single way. It is a far more powerful country with a far larger economy,government, and military power.And you think that was all created by what you call "stupid,ignorant" people?
