  • This is pretty painful, believe it or not. The jerking the arm with downward force would be shocking after the first hold. It's really for compliance and not extreme punishment situation

  • it is better than nothing, in some situations. Nothing works against a nuke. Everything works against a baby. You can with some combination of training and equipment, scale the ladder of capability.

If you seek to master yourself, it is a long road, but ultimately fulfilling. If you seek to master others, It is a short road that ends in emptyness.

  • expertvillage has everything!

  • Why do you hold the slave all the time do you have to or not

  • Very nice.)

  • @DeAnte85 You are Wrong ...this wrist lock twist takedown is very useful in a street fight and I persoanlly have utilized it in law enf for over 30 yrs...it gets the opponent down and you mainntian control to a handcuffing technique..very very effective quick and rather easy to apply with enough practice. If mugged ? with a gun then you use another technique to rotate away from gun barrel then wrist lock to the ground similiar to this wrist lock or you can use bar arm to ground.

  • very nice (kuba r)

  • My compliments to the instructor! I appreciate your willingness to make these videos, which are quite informative. All techniques are the many facets of the greater diamond: there are none that can be fully disregarded in all cases.

  • Muito bom

  • Tai chi the fighting style and aikido has very similar concept.

  • some people attack like that with a knife in thur hand dumbass

  • That's great for you. In many countries outside Roumania, the officials tend to lock up racist slashers, once they start carving up gipsys. That's where the non-violent forms of self-defense come in handy. I hope this was helpful.
