Shelita....stellar video!!! Girl, you are growing and glowing. I love how vibrant you are in your videos and absolutely appreciate the blessing of your knowledge and experience that you share so freely. I am going to a free health seminar next Tuesday and the doctor is going to share info about foods we eat that we think are healthy that are not, as well as how fast we age when we have fat around our internal organs. I am excited!!! You inspire me so. Beautiful, intelligent, and virtuous!!!
