A re-edit of a previously-posted Vlog about oolong tea preparation. I roughly edited in some closeups to make what I was explaining clearer. This third Vlog is an introduction to a the endlessly intriguing category of oolong tea. I don't believe much in 'absolutes' anywhere in life, and tea preparation is one of those areas; I encourage people to develop their own style and techniques, following a few guidelines and hints.
So here, for ex, I didn't give the leaves an initial, brief hot water rinse, as I usually do with oolong and pu er teas, as these raw leaves were so special and fresh I felt they didn't need them.

I've been looking for a video to show a practical but also correct way to brew oolong for multiple infusions and this is it!!
Please post more, your excitement and passion is amazing :)
Thanks again
