I was going to be nice... but I can't, so I'm just going to say this, even though these are some wushu stretching methods, you are doing them wrong. this way you're going to get hurt, and hurt others.
If you're going to do it, do it right and focus on the details, because this is just making me upset.

ooohh, ballistic stretching.. not good!

ah its just a question of warming up first ! : run around slowly for about 20 minutes (do some pushups every few minutes and also some situps : becreative there) after 20 min your muscles should be really warm (if cold weather : dress very warm) when sweating after 20min or 30 if you need (not after 10 no way) then start gently stretching after that but before you cool down tooo much start dynamic swinging of the legs in all directions not just front.. also keep the back straight

ur too ignorant . .
why not learn wushu instead . .

Please that's bullshit, your streching are bad and your flexibilty is poor. Your kicks sucks please forget teaching strethcing, people doing like you will only hurt themselves. Stretching must be done in a smooth way !

Snap your hamstring? Perhaps Shoalin is older than the guys who write articles for men's health. Shaolin stretching is based on Kilaripayutu, an Indian martial art thousands of years old and they use balistic stretching. I put my money and health on these traditional methods over 50 year old exercise science that constantly contradicts itself.

lock your arms at the elbows, and bring them back a bit like you are trying to touch your shoulder blades together, This will put your chest out and compensate for your waving arms and foward body movement. Also your wai bai needs to be a bigger Arc, its cut too short, apart from that, not bad effort m8:)
thx ur video helps me alot is it enought to do those streches every day for like 15 min to get profit?

yea.. you'll notice a big difference after doing those for like 15mins/day after a month :) but after a couple of months you'll probably have to increase the amount of time stretching to get more flexible, because the more flexible you are, the harder it will be to become even more flexible.. but 15min/day is a good amount to start out with :) good luck! :D
