You've seen them many times before, but one more can't hurt right? These are finger coils, the lazy man's answer to a straw set!

  • that was awesome. i never thot to do them that way. THANK YOU!!! by the way, what other product could u use to reduce shrinkage?

  • @jkslawson10 i really don't know but if you find out let me know!!! something heavy but i haven't figured out what yet

  • Nice vid. I know what you're saying about not finger coiling too large. I ended up taking some a part and recoiling. You def need a product to hold them in place. Mine lasted for two days. I used Pantene styling wax and water. Yeah, they are fast to do. The part I like the most.

  • @zheahra me too!!

  • This is very interesting I love it so much.

  • @teacheReese I rarely use the satin bonnet for the reason you've stated. Note: I've notice it'll work better if you turn it inside out b4 you put it on. It won't shift. I always use a satin scarf to cover them. Depending on how I want my finger coils to lay, I'll use a hair net (or stocking cap) and a satin scarf. The hair net helps them not go all over the place and keeps them in tact. I just use whatever oil I have (olive, caster, or coconut) to refresh them. Hope this helps.

  • @zheahra how do you gals refresh these in the am? I tried this once and covered with a satin bonnet... woke up and they were sticking up all over the place! (so i used a head band! lol)

  • @Charlynse I have a rougher hair texture and it came out just fine on my hair :)

  • Hey there, I tried this style and it came out beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing!

  • so i mean can this be done with any type of natural hair because you just look like you have a softer texture?

  • Could you do a video of the finger coils on your longer hair?

  • Very pretty!
