San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors hold public hearings on the proposed ban on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries (Collectives) but in the end vote to ban issuing permits for another year. There was total support for creating an ordinance which would allow collectives to operate in San Bernardino County but because the County Sheriff doesn't support medical marijuana the board voted against the public interest anyway without any discussion or debate. Law enforcement has been against allowing medical marijuana collectives because they are afraid that their staff will be reduced when the Supervisors realize that so many personel are not needed.
