Also, the good part of this Leach Packer is, when the bulldozer blade is down to the slots, you put the trash inside the big centered space

Yes, this Leach Packmaster and SaniCruiser heart is the bulldozer packer blade with the push-out system ejection plate, lthe last of this is the SaniCruiser III (S-III) in 1990's. The Municipality of San Juan, Puerto Rico, is the unique operator of Leach Packmaster and Sanicruiser equipment from 1960's to late 1990's. Unfortenately, this famous packer were replaced by the Pak-Mor Load Liners in 1990's to 2000's, and now with Loadmasters, Heil Power Trak, PT-1000 and Formula 5000, and new Pak-Mor

That is how the original Leach Packmaster worked. It had just a single large packer panel that went down into the hopper and scooped out the trash and then compacted it.
