Before the acid wash, the petcock must be removed. After removing the bowl at the bottom of the petcock, I had to show you haw bad this was. Amazing how much debris was in this petcock bowl.

  • Good question. As I recall, there is a phillips head screw under the screen- or ?? hmm it's been a while, I did end up getting a new petcock to be on the safe side. I will look and see if my old one is still soaking in carb cleaner... ;o)

  • how exactly did you get the petcock out? i have the same setup and i cant figure it out? is the petcock itself threaded or something?
