The Diary of Anne Frank (1959) Clip 4: The First Date

Okay, so alot of people have been asking me to post the entire movie. But I am afraid my account could be deleted so I will post a few of my favourite clips.

This is an apology of sorts to my patient subscribers who have requested this clip.
I am sorry that I did not post sooner but my computer was recently rebooted and i lost all of my clips and editing programs. This video had to be cut on Windows Media Player.
I still hope that it is just as good.

George Stevens' epic screen adaption of one of the most loving documents to emerge from World War II- the diary of the 13 year old jewish girl - Anne Frank.
To escape the horrors of Nazi Persecution, Otto Frank (Joseph Schildkraut) had his wife (Gusti Huber) and their two daughters, Anne (Millie Perkins) and Margot (Diane Baker) in a dsused Amsterdam annex for two years. Also hiding with them were Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan (Lou Jacobi & Shelly Winters), their son Peter (Richard Beymer) and a dentist, Mr. Dussel (Ed Wynn).

ohhhh that Peter was slick..... he would first kiss her on the forehead and then he would try to kiss her on the lips! I think the guy who played Peter was very handsome and Millie's eyes looked so innocent and full of life.This scene was great!! They both seemed soo shy and innocent i think it gave the scene more depth rather then just talking a little bit and then making out hardcore...

I think they based each scene in what Anne in her diary so chances are Anne and Peter liked each other in real life.
