Thousand Mile Journey (Americas Bright Day of Justice): The song concerns the torturous path of African Americans from abduction and slavery through the struggle for civil rights and to the continued forms of racism. Martin Luther King spoke of this thousand mile journey. The song mocks the openly racist policies of the government that allowed the FBI to label Martin Luther King as the most dangerous negro in the nation. Original song from Jungle Of Cites.
