Well I don't trust anybody to feed me facts, but the more of the Hadith and Koran that I read, the more violent the religion seems. Muhammad was constantly killing and subjugating people, and the Koran constantly rips on Jews and other non-muslims. The same activity is mirrored in the violent riots in Europe, and the constant attacks, killings and wars in the middle east.

padeovictim: I agree with all your points, however I don't think Nawas is a spammer. We have a right to disagree with his comments and so we should. In his defense, he's really trying hard to defend Islam and trying to make it look good to the rest. It's a noble effort.

Nawas7: Your analogy here doesn't work. If Boeing does crash due to faulty machinery then Boeing and people responsible are held accountable. Not the same with Islam. I have yet to find a Muslim who condemns these atrocities or one that does condemn and says in the end "... but you need to understand them also...". In other words they themselves are not sure whether they should condemn or condone these acts. If you ask me by remaining silent they end up condoning them.

Nawas7: I beg to differ. The opposite is true. When you more than one medium reporting the same fact(s) then it's hard for any one media to curtail and doctor the facts and present it to the audience. Even historians and scholars do the same when they report on something, they look at various sources and determine if they all point to the same fact.

Nawas using spam to try and deflect critical analysis. If this is the best muslims can do I dont hold much hope for Islam for we will educate the muslim world and the dark curtain that spammers and other brainwashing morons try to cast will be easily seen for what it is.

Terrorists hijacked Islam before they hijacked any airplane. Blaming Islam is like blaming Boeing for building commercial planes, which killed innocent people.

Islam today has 2 enemies:

1- Extremist Muslims, who hijacked Islam before they hijacked any airplane

2- Other extremists, opportunists & Islamophobes who continue the terrorists work by spreading fear, hate, & ignorance so they make money or farther their agenda

Actually with this information revolution: (internet, Facebook, youtube,...,etc) They're a much bigger room for misinformation.

A slave to God or a slave to sex?

1.Rayhana bint Zaid bin Amru was 15 and Muhammad was 56 years old when he attached the Jewish tribe of Banu Qariiza. He took her as a sex slave after she refused to convert to Islam to be his wife.
2.Juwayriya bint al-Harith was 20 and Muhammad was 58 years old when the Muslims attacked her Jewish tribe, the Banu Mustaliq. She was taken as a sex slave for one of the Muslims. She begged Muhammad to free her, and he allowed that on the condition she marry him.
