Hey John.
I have been looking around for the Icom 706. I can't find it anyware. I am trying to decide between the 706 and the Icom 718 as I am looking for a reasionably good HF unit, and I am also fairly new to ham.
I know both of these units are good for begginers. The 718 doesn't cover 10m FM but I already own a Yaesu FY-8900 which does cover 10 metre FM, so i have that covered. Where can I find a 706?
