well i totally walk about 30 mints a day and i play 2 to 3 hours snooker, thats all wat i do to stay fit

I wouldn't feel right recommending any type of exercises unless you got that checked out. It could end up doing you more harm than good.

glouris, I have not seen a dr. about my knees. All I know is that there is pain and crunching noise in my left knee when I try to do squats, lunges, running, or jumping jacks. I just need low impact exercises.

@amazingdany I wouldn't call my arms "massive". And yes, I only do Tabata's but they include chinups, pullups and dumbbell rows and lots of pushup variations, all which target the arms.

dude 1:55 i believe is by far the best exercise of all, i actually train my students around that workout and its amazing the results you get. great video
