NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRC) -- An on duty federal Air Marshal is facing charges Friday after allegedly taking pictures beneath women's skirts. Witnesses say they saw 28-year-old Adam Bartsch move his cell phone into the aisle of of the Southwest plane, then they heard it click. When witnesses confronted Bartsch, they say he tried to delete the pictures. Police say he admitted to taking about a dozen inappropriate photos. He faces a charge of disorderly conduct and was released on bail. The TSA is trying to decide whether to fire or suspend him.
