This fast and simple breakfast shake helps to boost the bodies natural healing abilities; starting off the day the alkaline way!

The receipe:

Rice milk
berries (1/2 a bannana)
2 tsp hemp seeds (or flax seeds)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

It's delicious (and great for any weight release regime also)!
Enjoy
Namaste,
Tammy

PS. Here's a question that comes up a lot... "I already use hemp (&/or flax) oil. Why bother with seeds?"

The fast answer....(loosely described) The oil and the seeds do two different things in the body. The oil feeds the liver, whereas the seeds help to flush the intestinal tract.

PPS. This is So Martha of me! BOL

  • I love the shake but, you need to do another breakfast video for the new people starting an alkiline diet!

  • @MsWjacko LOL Thanks! Maybe in the future. Cheers

  • How do you mix it up?

  • @MsWjacko I use a blender or a hand mixer

  • I am wondering where you learned about the alkalizing diet. Last night I thought about the comment i left..I know a ton of people eat fruit on it, just wondering where it started? The original theory is that of course fruit has sugar fructose and sucrose and micro forms on the body eat that sugar and waste production of the micro forms is very acidic. In a alkaline environment these micro forms cant' survive, So they may not even be there in the first place. To even eat the sugar, i don't know

  • @asmcriminaL This particular recipe was from two people; an Iridologist & a Naturopath. I'm not sure what/where the fruit origin came in. You offer some great additional information here and points to ponder! Thank you, it's great (so much for us to learn and so many differing opinions) My experience is based in Ayurveda, the What to eat for your blood type diet and self study. I believe its based on the fact natural sugars are far better than processed.
