@bizznap Racist scum. Oxnard is an excellent example of a giant melting pot. Not only are there Mexicans who have been living there since before it became a city, but Filipinos, Japanese, Koreans, and Central and Latin Americans as well.

I love my City , the people, the weather, the beaches, taking cruzing up and down the coast, to Malibu ,Santa Monica pier, Santa Barbara, . That's my city baby , OXnard Southern CaLi805nia... I miss home: )

My brother and I were kids when we lived in Oxnard in the late 50's and 60's. I couldn't believe it to see the old shopping center with Thrifty's, Sally's Dress Shop and the 5 & dime.
We used to love to sit in Thrifty's eating area and have ice cream and listen to the little jukeboxes that were on each table. We didn't mind how long it took for our mom & her friend to go pick out new dresses at Sally's! Great memories!
