  • nice man u look raelly fit and u do those lunges with great form.. how much does taht medicine ball weigh.. lately ive been doing lunges with 35 pounds inside a backpack.. works great. no balancing with ur hand and shit. u guys should try it..

  • Good Video! Except frontal plain Lunges and rotational Lunges! Unconditioned people will have knee problem if they execute the exercise like you do!
