like wishhbone said, its susbosed to be like an airplane wing
to catch it, what i do, is when i comes, i quickly slap my hands together hoping i get it.. this way i dont hurt myself :)

Awe that was cool, I'm a fan of giant boomerangs, I have a little boomerang it's wooden but it won't fly, any ideas what's wrong with it?

Try Bending up the wingtips a little bit. Some boomerangs are made just for looks and don't have the right wing shape. In fact a lot of them are made that way. They should have the shape of an airplane wing, but facing opposite directions. See my web page, How to make your own boomerangs.

Hi Dag, I'm pretty sure it's wood. The man throwing it made it. Big boomerangs are hard to throw. Google Kendall Davis boomerangs. He makes and sells big booms. Kendall is not in the video here.
