Uncle Sam points out the problems we have when we buy cheap products from China. "Buy, Buy American Pie" was written and performed by the Capitol Steps. Visit them at www.CapSteps.com This is a parody and involves exageration. Tastykakes are made in the United States and not in China and definitely contain no harmful ingredients. Visit www.Tastykake.Com. Little Debbie is also located in the United States and not in China and their products contain no harmful ingredients. Visit www.LittleDebbie.Com.

Ten REAL reasons to avoid products made in China: 1. Products made with hazardous materials 2. Lack of quality control, monitoring, and safety regulations, plus corruption 3. Tainted food, deadly drugs, adulterated products 4. High levels of antibiotics and toxins in seafood 5. Exploitation of the Chinese workforce and use of child labor 6. Predatory pricing and unethical business practices 7. Massive industrialization at the expense of the environment 8. Deforestation and mining has destroyed the water supply in Asia 9. Chinese military manufactured goods 10. Manufacturing in forced (laogai) labor camps and prisons

  • just out of curiosity are you part of the Capitol Steps? You seem to have lots of their songs/videos

  • @freakkiller277 I'm a friend of the Capitol Steps. They've given me permission to use their songs in my videos, they've given me almost all of their CDs (approximately 25) and they give me tickets to their performances when they visit my part of the country. The Capitol Steps get publicity from the videos that I've made. As you can see this one has more than 2.6 million hits. Others that I've done have more than 600,000 hits collectively. Thanks for your interest.

  • Nothing either guarantees the source of something grown or produced in the US

  • @awesomlycoolvlog In the United States there are many laws that regulate the growth, production and/or manufacture of products to ensure that toxic products are the rare exception. We have millions of lawyers poised and ready to jump in and sue anyone who violates those rules (intentionally or otherwise). We stupidly import products from China without applying those standards to the goods that we bring into the U.S. The people in China who sell us toxic products are beyond the reach of lawyers.

  • @MIDRATZ "Labor bosses demand so much for themselves (and some for their 'members') that corporations are forced to seek cheaper labor overseas."

Which is also the reason no one can afford to buy an American car, so they buy shrunken mini-cars from the Pacific Rim.

  • @cycleoff "US insists that the world accepts its Genetically Modified foods"

The only reason most of the world isn't starving is because of genetically-modifed grains developed in the U.S. and often GIVEN, thru the UN & other agencies, to African and Middle Eastern countries we'd be better off letting starve.

The only one whining about "Frankenfoods" are scientifically illiterate dumbshits.

  • its amazing wat this world has come to its a shame and im only 11 years old

  • okay okay. this is what i dont understand, if americans keep saying to buy american goods and not Chinese good, why do these same american keep buying foreing cars such as toyotas everywhere i go, i always see more foreign cars than domestic cars. come on americans buy american.

  • @HerBunk Perhaps, but the US insists that the world accepts its Genetically Modified foods; some of us reckon it is a basic right to know what has been done to our food before we eat the stuff and we resent Corporate muscle forcing their junk to be the only choice in front of us.

  • @foreplea Really? Are you really that ignorant. Free Market Capitalism is NOT what Communist China practices...they run work camps. Comply or go to jail - the opposite of Free Market Capitalism. But there is a form of communism in our capitalistic system called labor unions, a concept born in the marxist brain. It is this very thing that is killing us. Labor bosses demand so much for themselves (and some for their 'members') that corporations are forced to seek cheaper labor overseas.

  • that''s the guy got drunk and blaming the bartender.

  • my economic's teacher show this to us lol

  • Ya Ho!!! Amazing,so if Obama wants to make peace with China and we owe them debts, well he will have to take away my GUNS, FREEDOM, and my FAMILY before he do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you understand what I'm saying please send this to everyone you know, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
