  • I have heard elsewhere that music helps heal the brain. Also dark chocolate. So I think to listen to music and eat dark chocolate would be a great therapy program :-D

  • Anxiety can be such a road block to any type of progress! I truly believe that audio therapy can significantly help.

    P.S. sounds like one of your guests is trying to make their own ambien music.

  • This was amazing. Watching the brain waves change from music was a surprise-- i didn't expect that kind of evidence here.
