Hi, why does my counter (where it says 12345678910&s) restarts whenever i take out the flipping thing to see the pack becos i am curious.it restarts to 's' whenever i do that.it is very irritating becos when i take,it is white and nothing shows.than the counter will move to 10 than it can take photos ald. i have wasted a few films ald becos of this.is this normal?pls help!thanks.

@hyperlolly123 Don't be curious lol. Leave the film in the camera until it is finished. The counter will always restart when you open the back. Also by opening the back in light you are exposing the film, that is why it comes out white. -MZ

Hi, my instax mini 7s suddenly have this film problem, whenever I take pictures, it comes out all blank or totally black. Sometimes it works though. My films and camera are both new. I tried changing the battery, changing the film as well. Nothing works. HELP D:
