Jump Squat
Clockwork Push UP
Y Reverse Lunge
One Arm Burpees
Perform 20 seconds of max intensity of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest two times through to complete one round. Complete up to 4 rounds with 60 seconds of rest between rounds.
The lunges and push-ups were performed too slowly. A much better workout would have been switching off between squat jumps and burpees for the whole workout. You can do both of those @ 100% intensity all out. Tabata isn't just about doing exercises for 20 seconds and resting for 10. It is putting 100% into every exercise and doing them as fast as possible.

Nice Video. How many times do you do this workout? I take it you do the above routine twice as one set? Do you have any rest before repeating it or do you do 8 rounds and that is the workout?
