Mucked up the bit before the solo then one of the bends mucked up in the solo but appart from that it was ok, not the best attempt.

Dude, ugh. You have to hold the notes longer, they are all staccato and it sounds bad. At least for the intro. Turn down the Dist a lot, your using way to much. This song really isn't for an Ibanez either, because the solo sounds sloppy. This really isn't a metal song, so switch to something more traditional like a strat, I believe that's what Their guitarist uses for this song.
