Welcome to your 4 week strength building routine. Week 1 is endurance and balance. Stick with it and have fun! Try this routine 3 times a week! Stay tuned for week 2: core and upper body!

  • I tried doing the sideways facing hog pose once but without much luck! Are there any tips for succeeding in that pose?

  • Wo.Ow! I feel exhausted! It's harder to do than what it looks like.

  • oh my goodness, day 2 is exponentially easier than day one.

  • would you recommend combining this with other routines if this is how you get your regular exercise? also, would doing this routine once a day be too much?

  • Wow, I've got a lot of work to do, Tara, because this exercise sucked! I mean, it is an excellent way to use yoga to build strength, but I am way too weak right now. Let's see how I feel at the end of the week...

  • The poses are cycled through very quickly, at least considering this is my first attempt at some of them. It is impossible to watch the screen and perform them properly, so a slower pace would help a lot, especially for new participants.
