  • from my experience its the opposite, retic can be very aggressive

  • Great colors and patern!

In my experience they are just defensive when you pick them up. Once they're on the hook its easy to switch to hands without getting bit.

Looks like yours behaves the same as soon as it is on the hook so put on some gloves en try it.

  • I was able to pick her up after the first week with the hook then hold her in my hands and she was fine. Now hook or no hook she tries to bite me. If I get too close to her bin she strikes. She is just a bitter but I will not let her win. She is very young so it is normal. My berm was just like that but now he is very calm.

    Thank you though

  • were did u get her

  • i love baby retics tigers tend to have these gold fish eyes

  • im having the same problem as you! mines like a rock python! way worse though?

  • pussy

  • i have a new hatchling white phase and she is AGGRESSIVE!! i know its normal its just frustrating at times lol gotta love em

  • @NoPleaseSpam just handle em lots simple as that

  • @cane5305 lol i have a ball python and it was kinda aggresive as a baby but i just got a redtail baby and its not tryed to bite me even once, hissed or anything, i guess i got lucky with and very nice looking snake, if i had the money, time and experience i would have a retic. i heard retics are nicer then burms, is this true on average?

  • If the snake is young then that is normal, he/she will calm down as they get use to you and learn u are not going to hurt them. Usually in time from handleing them they will start to relax. All but one of my retics were very aggressive at first.

  • that's a BEAUTIFUL tiger, mine's on the way to my house right now
