he is undeniably correct. Go look into the harper goverment's "emission intensity"plan. It calls to reduce the per capita emissions while allowing for the expansion and increase of polluting industries. What is the point in reducing by 20% emission intensity BY 2020 if you increase production 3 fold.

Al Gore is a joke. He never cared about the enviroment while running for President or while he was Vice-President for 8 years. The Clinton adminstration did nothing on enviroment issues. Because Clinton was too busy getting blow jobs!
