@pinckization Truth. It's passive is much better when you get more HP. If you need MR early Spirit Visage or just the Negatron Cloak will do you well.

@pinckization it can work but i'd suggest this;

1. merc treds

2. Warmogs

3. Rayleighs

4. Frozen mallet

5. atmas.

6. Hextech gunblade/revolver.

Can jump on someone with that build keep them constantly slowed, spell vamp and lifesteal and your ult makes you pretty damn hard to kill unless bursted, tanky and do quite a bit of damage, try it.
