That Speed/Duration button was hiding in a HUGE right-click menu. Thanks for making this. (I thought that you had to add a keyframe and use an effect to fast forward/slow the video)

@MrKONA604 jUST trim it, into three sections...say you have the 1-4 seconds as one section, leave that alone, then slow down the 4-8 seconds, and them normal for 8-10

@AlexEmerica26 in project copy the file for a backup, then right click, go to modify, then interpret footage click assume this frame rate and then change the value in the box. The original frame rate for your clip is in the box above.
