I can't say if you should get this game because everybody has different taste. This is absolutely Final Fantasy meets Sim City. But what I can say is the main game is the full game. No DLC is required to beat it, but the DLC has more content to the already full game... which means more "dungeons" to beat and that is great. I love this game and have all the DLC on it... I have this game for at least a year. Fantastic game to me!
