@virtualreal Nope, it is not Mandarin. It is exactly Chinese. Mandarin is an internal regional group in the Chinese language. Despite the fact its main regional group with highest number of people speaking with the Mandarin dialect, the official language is not Mandarin. It is pretty like the different accents that you have in UK and Ireland. However, I don't want to argue anymore so please don't reply.

With 'dominanting' I mean that English is the standard world language. It's the most used second language. BTW, it's Mandarin, not Chinese.
