In either case, ALL cops should have seen extended federal lock up (according to the laws of usa) but, just goes to show how corrupt the system is that people can get away with murder if no one is looking, or, get a way with near-muder when people are recording.

I am white and I do believe those Police indeed used force that was not necessary. I find people on the Jury Panel did not want to imagine that excessive Police Officers would do that.
