In the scene, mean and bitter Ms.Gultch has come to the family in request for Toto, much to Dorothy's dismay. In Dorothy's attempt to run away and rescue her best friend, Zeke, Hunk and Hickory stop her and Toto is taken away. But later he returns back to her and they both plan to run away in order to save him. The scene ends with Almira Gultch talking to Uncle Henry about Toto's absense.
