Ive got an Asus Eee PC 900HD, but I kinda regret having it now, I was really hoping to play Left 4 dead on it but when I saw the lag and the lack of darkness in the game (on my computer) I was kinda upset but at the same time angry coz theres nothing you can do to fix it =(

Intel graphic is useless! they make you use their graphic card when Nvidia intergrated graphic offer10 times more performance. Even cheaper too! Now when publishing a HD video on GMA (not a 3d video) ended up handing in a slide show

haha same thing happened to the pcs at school

ok that really sucks!
Hi, i'm about to get an asus eee 1000ha, maybe you should try to use the lowest resolution (800 x 600 i guess), use Film Graim Amount in 0, change "Paged pool memory available" to high, and also change filtering mode to Bilinear. Here is a video that explains how to get a better performance for gaming and hd playback: /watch?v=W5uVSIFjT0o. Sorry for my bad english, i'm from Argentina. Good luck!

I gave it a try, but the performance is the same. FPS are still at average 2.

Hey, with fps that low Im sure it wont be playable no matter what. But I was curious about the HE settings. Did you have the latest bios which opens up some video memory? Im assuming it was clocked at super performance. Also in the game one thing that helps a lot would be to set the resolution lower than you had it.

Yes, the newest BIOS is installed. And, I guess it wouldnt change a lot to reduce the resolution at L4D.
