A Florida native, Corie Moment born in 1974 developed a passion for music and thrilled audiences while performing as a child with his aunt's traveling ministry, Gospel Shining Stars. While on his mission to become one of the greatest artist in the gospel industry he learned the ins and outs of performing and he also developed his stage presence through the experiences of singing with the Gospel Shining Stars. After which he spent six additional years traveling the country with the contemporary gospel group Vision. Corie Moment is a writer as well as an awesome singing artist and he composed the majority of the songs performed by the contemporary gospel group Vision from 1990-1995 (Let's Show Love, Call Him Up) just to name a few. From these experiences he learned the music industry and the joy that comes from ministering to others. Moment's purpose toward sermonizing was always present through his singing and stage presence. At a very early age the Lord began anointing his life, "the greater the anointing the greater the blessing", is what motivated Corie to press towards the mark of a high calling through Christ Jesus. "The vision that God gave Corie is to become one of the greatest Christian contemporary artist of all times is what Corie Moment told the New York Times Company editor. From that moment on the favor of God was upon the artist and increasingly notoriety found him. As his career as a gospel singing artist progressed he was approached by an outstanding 80s R&B group, Lakeside. Corie embarked upon a solo career in 2003 and appeared as one of the first artist to air on Radio Disney , Trinity Broadcasting Network's, "Today's Family Show", and The Bobby Jones Gospel Show. He became a member of The Gospel Music Workshop of America Association. While under the management of Big Apple Corporation, he worked closely with the Gina D Kids Club Show Inc. The sensational singer also experienced being a part of the Dove Awards rendering T.V. interviews to various networks. Corie offers the perfect blend of urban and traditional Christian music.
