  • @egamers1978 its basically about the genocide that happened in rwanda between the hutu && the tutsi's if yu watch the movie Sometimes in April it will explain what exactly happened or yu cld look it up...it was a very horrible time which ended not that long ago..bill clinton was pres during its happening && shes basically saying (my interpretation) is how cld yu do nothing
