@isrolling: I have researched this and I can't see anything conflicting with the evidence of murder. There are lies put out there by Courtney Love. She is behind the book "Heavier than Heaven," much of which is false.

@Heavymetalpunker92x: Kurt and Courtney's situation was very different from Sid and Nancy's. Kurt was done with Courtney by '94 because of her adultery and abuse and planning to divorce her. A nasty court battle was on the horizon for custody of Frances, who Kurt adored, and what little financial support Courtney could get out of him because she had signed a prenup -- can you say motive for murder?
