On the 22.7.2011, an undercover police force belonging to the Border Police arrested Islam Jaber, a 13 year old resident of Ras al-Amud, East Jerusalem. A nearby security camera documented the event. Jaber told B'Tselem that the police officers beat him and interrogated him on the suspicion of throwing stones, without the presence of his parents, a violation of Israeli law. He was released after about an hour with no conditions. His father submitted a complaint with the Department for Police Investigations (DPI)
