I did 5 times 1 minute with 1 minute rest. In this clip are first 4 minutes filmed from right side, front, left side and back. The pace speeds up for every minute starting with 8 rpm and ending 12 rpm for the last minute. Just wanted to see my technique from other angles. Not very good,I'm afraid...
