@ChingChang0,,, I am really greatful he copies the Langueoc guitars, its a great guitar design concept but I could never afford one of Paul Languedocs originals. But I could afford an equator if i save up.. and I'm seriously considering ordering one. sweet clip..

@ChingChang0 it's a great shape for a body of a guitar. I've wanted one for a long time, and no major guitar companies make anything like it. I want that nice full hollowbody sound, without having to wrap my arms around a giant and be limited to the first 20 frets, while the other 2 are pretty much out of range. not to mention, I've wanted 24 frets on a hollowbody forever.

@ChingChang0 well its simple economics really. paul charges $10,000 for one... david of equator instruments charges a much more modest price... however in the past couple years ive seen his prices rise to be a little much on certain models... that aside... no one is buying an equator instruments guitar and expecting it to be a languedoc. it has its similarities but its not a languedoc.

why would you want to attempt to recreate paul languedocs work? It's so genius. But you've made a beatiful guitar, it's just not a paul languedoc guitar.
