I have Harry Whitaker's "Black Renaissance" on CD myself. I must play this EVERY-DAMN-WEEKEND like a ritual or something! I listen to other types of genres (rock, 80s hip hop, house/electronic, 80s pop/new wave, Latin, Afropop, etc) But this, THIS right here just has some special meaning for me! I, AUDIOPHILE JUNKIE!

you can buy a great re-press of this from ubiquity records on their web site...simple google search for ubiquity and black renaissance should do the trick
fact is this 8 min is only part of the long story that is about 25 min or so each side...recorded in one take...all improv. this is an amazing piece of vinyl to own if you don't already have it.
