@themediocrenontheist I believe the slow motion shout causes everything to slow down substantially with only a minimal effect on your character. The result is that your character loads and fires the bow at close to normal speed even when in slow motion, but because everything else is going slow you're actually loading and firing ultra fast. When the slow motion effect stops, it looks like you fired multiple arrows in less than a second. Check out his epic quad kill video!

Am I doing something wrong?? I try hunting MAMMOTHS and I can't hit them if I'm really far away. The arrow looks like it hits them right in the center but nothing happens. It's so annoying. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just an idiot?

No, its actually a really stupid limitation by Bethesda, it can be altered by writing this in your skyrim.ini

Which mod do you use to give your arrows tracers? I use glowing arrows but I don't think it does what whatever you are using does.
