@bromar16 Ok, I was being harsh - sometimes I need to vent! Unfortunately this video got the venting... But this isn't the kind of thing you see every once in a while; People acting like that is common for Lafayette. New Orleans at least has enough diversity to diffuse a lot of that.... I think America in general has a LOT of problems that stem from deeper lying issues, but it's esp evident here because there's so much heavy drinking/drug use combined w/ignorance of the outside world.

@KimDup haha Are you kidding that's just called passion for a team. I'm from New Orleans and you think this degrades a city? The best memory I have ever of New Orleans is after the Saints won the Super Bowl and it was 100 times crazier than this, but I just remember for one night the whole city was each others best friends brought together because of one team. If cities were like this more often the world would be a more friendly place.

i can't believe this is representational of the place i've grown up in and I thank god i'm not a product of this upbringing. Lafayette has the potential to be such an amazing place (& it IS at times), yet it's full of morons who just degrade this city and worst of all, themselves.
