This was shot at the Hotel Montana during rescue and recovery operation in late January 2010. The patient is a rescue team member who had become dehydrated and thought he was having a heart attack. We reached back via satellite (all solar powered) to Dr. Alan Michels in Arizona USA who confirmed he was not having a heart attack and was probably just still a bit dehydrated, thus there was no need to air-evac him out. I am the guy in the hat making the telemed connection.
