    Badgers don't need culling as there's no scientific evidence to prove they spread TB,that's just a cruel excuse for evil people to go kill them and as for badger baiters they just want locking up,as there's no need to let them kill them with there evil dogs,shame on them.

    That is true, but the cops in the US will do nothing. In the video Buckystein (#7) Vs. Critical Mass Road Gage! A person deliberately ran over a Badger with his bike while filming it for youtube. They posted it 3 years ago and the police never even wrote a ticket.
