APB:R Report "ScullandBoneS"

(Ban confirmed!) We noticed a strange snapping tendency in one particular criminal opponent on the Obeya EU server. Unfortunately I didn't see most of his antics, but what little I did see was pretty telling.

The only kill shown here has plenty of reasonable doubt, however in the second encounter, he prefires way ahead into an armoured van and target-snaps (whilst still trying to fire through it). This video was used in a report, and after about a month, the guy showed up on the name-and-shame banlists. Yay for little victories!

Remember, a good way to track suspected hackers for future footage from outside a mission, is to simply add them to your friends list!
