  • I tried this with fresh mint leaves and it tasted like pine water? Is there a reason? How many leave per 20oz bottle? Maybe I put to many leaves in.

    Good Housekeeping magazine is now reporting that people who sniffed mint or ate it every 2 hours consumed 350 calories less a day. June 2008 under Drop 5 tips and tricks. This info has mysteriously disappeared from the web but luckily the library has it on file @ access my library.com

    Actually I do this a whole new improved way with mint extract and the leaves. It keeps me naturally lean. I discovered this by accident years ago. See my burn 1000 calories video.
